Woodhouse Barbecue is a team founded by John & Tracy Anderson that has begun to participate in BBQ competitions on the West Coast. You may also know us as our alter ego, Woodhouse Chocolate.

We created this site to document our adventures in competition BBQ and bring a taste of the fun that is to be found in this most American of pastimes.

We also hope to give those that are new to the sport a place to learn a little bit about it as we do. So far, we are having the time of our lives!
